pARTicipate: a local SEND schools project

Discover our new outdoor exhibition, inspired by Waddesdon's collections and on display in the grounds this summer.

The Learning team at Waddesdon have been working with local SEND schools on a new project bringing treasured objects from the collections to life outdoors.

Students were asked to photograph the things, people and places important to them and these images were used to create photographic mosaics of thirteen special objects from our collection.

162 students took part and hundreds of photos were used to recreate the objects which are now on display down Miss Alice’s Drive for visitors to enjoy throughout the summer holidays.

Thank you to all the local schools who helped to create this special exhibition. If you’d like to visit, more details can be found on our What’s On page. pARTicipate is on until 31 Aug 2021.
