Rimapere Sauvignon Blanc 2017, six bottle case.
£131.70More info & buy Rimapere delivers pronounced aromatics of sage, conifer, ripe lemon, passion fruit, grapefruit, pine needles and steely minerality. The palate despite being vibrant and fresh, has a rich almost weighty texture. There is wonderful purity and complexity and a long intense finish. Rimapere is a very defined Sauvignon with tremendous concentration – its a million miles from those dilute New Zealand Sauvignon’s that flood the shelves of UK supermarkets. The weight and intensity of Rimapere is likely to dominate delicate seafood dishes, so be sure to pair with a dish that has a little more intensity of flavour. Drink through 2020

Love by Léoube is a gorgeous rosé that pairs nicely with salads and shellfish, however there's no better summer aperitif than Léoube Rose. Baron Philippe Viognier 2018, six bottle case
£59.70More info & buy Our best selling white wine of 2019! This reliable and characterful Viognier possesses a pretty nose of apricot, citrus and white peach mingled with a subtle floral character. The palate has rich stone fruit, alongside a subtle almond character. This vintage has weight and texture whilst remaining clean and fresh. All of the wines in this range are matured in stainless steel which enables the retention of fresh juicy fruit without the presence of oak. A crowd pleaser with true varietal character.
