All Winter Light lunches must be booked in advance with Winter Light admission.

Chicken liver parfait, orange confit and warm focaccia

Seasonal soup of the day with artisan bread
Main Course
Roast sirloin of beef with 10hr braised shin or roast chicken breast with braised leg
All our roasts are served with duck fat potatoes,
cauliflower cheese, roasted root vegetables, greens & gravy
Roast stone bass, wild mushroom fricassee, wholegrain mustard & pancetta crisp
Slow roast celeriac risotto, stilton crumble, rocket & parsnip crisps
Dessert
Sticky toffee pudding, vanilla & ginger ice-cream, brandy snap
Apple & cinnamon streusel crumble with vanilla custard (n)
Blackberry & lemon cheesecake, blackberry sorbet, candied pistachios (n)

Creamy, soft, citrus, hazelnut / Creamy, soft, cranberry, brioche.

Aguaribay Malbec 2019: 125ml. Argentina, 14% ABV

Carmes De Rieussec Sauternes: 125ml. France, 12.5% ABV
Luscious, honeyed peach, apricot, vanilla.
