To celebrate Great British food fortnight, we will be hosting our inaugural “Great British Cookery School” on Saturday 24th September.
Want to know how to perfect your roast? Ever wondered how the centre of a Scotch Egg stays runny? Fed up of Ambrosia custard? Then join us in the Coach House at 11am where will walk you through 3 Great British Classics:
- Game Scotch Egg
- The Perfect Roast Dinner with all the trimmings
- Pear & Apple Cobbler with Vanilla Custard
You will get to sample all the dishes made, as well as enjoy a cream tea in the afternoon, we will also provide recipe cards for all the dishes demonstrated.
