An Enchanted Menagerie, in the house

While Waddesdon’s main rooms are ‘put to bed’ for cleaning and conservation,  parts of the House are opened specially for Christmas, with decorations that celebrate the weird and wonderful animals of Waddesdon, from an elephant parade inspired by an 18^th-century musical automaton to a life-sized zebra and trees decked with colourful birds and mythical beasts.
