The locally sourced menu features modern twists on traditional Scottish dishes, including Haggis Scotch Egg with peppered swede purée and Cranachan Soufflé with raspberry sorbet. Each course is paired with exceptional wines, such as the Carmes de Rieussec 2019, to create a perfect harmony of flavours. The evening will feature traditional highlights, including live bagpipes and a whisky toast, all celebrating Burns’ immortal verse in true Scottish style.
