Unbound Theatre presents…

Tudor Tales
by Dario Knight & Gareth Johnson

Let us tell you a story about Kings and Queens,
About powerful people with powerful dreams;
Tales of wartime and peacetime, of plots and of thrones,
All mixed with some jokes (which might prompt a few groans).
We’re your curate, your tour guide, your host, we’re your Bard,
Here to sum up a century – well, it can’t be that hard.
So join us and learn some historical details
In this witty retelling of old Tudor Tales…

Discover the story of England’s most (in)famous dynasty in this hilarious whistle-stop sketch show full of brilliant gags, fascinating facts, and a lot of wigs…

From the tale of the day a dog saved the King of England from kidnap, to an alarming demonstration of what happened when the Queen came to stay at your house, this family-friendly show sheds new light on the brilliant (and bonkers) monarchs who defined a nation.

Performed by Unbound Theatre – resident production company at Queens Park Arts Centre.
