House Introductory Tour with Grounds Admission

Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the house. Accessible ramps are available at the main door and a lift is operated by staff to all four main floors. A chair lift is available to the Rothschild Treasury and exhibition spaces. Interpretive information is available in large font upon request.

Please be aware that lift access above the first floor is not available after 4pm and that last admission to the Bachelors’ Wing is 4.15pm.

For safety, security, and conservation reasons, bags larger than 21 x 29 cm (A4 size) are not permitted inside the house. Items exceeding these dimensions may be stored securely and free of charge at Visitor Information. Please note that this includes bags that have been folded to reduce their size. Thank you for helping us protect our visitors and the Manor’s historic interiors. Food and drink are not allowed inside the house to prevent accidental damage to fragile textiles. Water is available; please ask a member of staff for assistance.
