Waddesdon Manor was built by Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild between 1874 and 1885 to display his collection of arts and to entertain his friends.

Created in the 19th century, the gardens are the vision of Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild. He wanted to create something beautiful for his guests to see at every turn.
