Ridgeview Blanc de Noirs 2015 is a rich and complex expression of English sparkling wine, crafted exclusively from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Deep golden in hue with a fine, persistent mousse, it reveals an inviting bouquet of ripe red apple, wild berries, and toasted almond, intertwined with hints of brioche and spice.
