This is a stunning expression of English Chardonnay, showcasing purity, finesse, and exceptional aging potential. Pale gold in color with a fine, persistent mousse, it exudes elegant aromas of citrus blossom, green apple, and toasted hazelnut. The palate is beautifully structured, offering layers of lemon curd, white peach, and a distinctive chalky minerality, balanced by crisp acidity and a creamy texture from extended lees aging. The finish is long and refined, with delicate notes of brioche and almond. This is as sophisticated as Blanc de Blancs can get!
