The 2021 Ox Hardy Upper Tintara Shiraz is a bold yet refined expression of McLaren Vale, displaying deep ruby hues and an expressive nose of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, violets, and black pepper, with hints of cocoa and cedar from well-integrated oak. The palate is rich and structured, offering luscious black fruits, dark chocolate, and warm spices, balanced by silky tannins and bright acidity.
