Tasting notes
Hand harvesting, gentle extraction and astute wine-making have resulted in a wine of stunning clarity, with a beautifully complex nose. After a light swirl the wine reveals notes of watermelon, mint, dried herbs, gentle mineral notes and red berries. The palate is harmonious and complete with perfectly weighed acidity and layers of fruit. The purity and elegance on the finish leaves you wanting more!
