Our limited edition No.6 utilizes our No.5 gin with its five botanicals (Lemon, Lavender, Orris Root, Juniper and Long Pepper), which is then infused with damsons grown on the Waddesdon estate and then aged in a Rothschild Wine barrel for 12 months. This is a limited edition of only 500 bottles. Serve neat over ice, or incorporate into a Negroni or a Bramble for added sweetness, depth and fruitiness!

Initially, there's a touch of lemon peel and lavender that comes through which leads to spicy notes and sweet floral nuances. This gin is beautifully unique and very well made.
