Amistá, meaning ‘friendship in Occitan’, is the story of a meeting between Ariane de Rothschild and Valerie Rousselle. Two wine personalities, two sunny temperaments brought together under the skies of Provence, both sharing the same values of authenticity and a taste of excellence. Amista is created using fruit selected exclusively from a Grand Cru Classé vineyard and only the very finest plots are harvested. This wonderful rosé is produced in very small volume, . Tasting notes
Incredibly delicate and so beautifully made. Staggering purity with gorgeous vibrant red fruit, peach, grapefruit, honeysuckle and cranberry. A quite simply stunning palate with silky fruit, a touch of creaminess and a trace of fresh minerality. There’s an subtle edge of bitter grapefruit on the finish which adds a lovely contrast.
