Eat, shop & stay
Refuel in our restaurant and cafés and find fine wines, great gifts and unique pieces inspired by Waddesdon's art collection in our shops. Our Five Arrows Hotel at the gates of the Manor also offers a great place to stay.
Where to eat
At Waddesdon Manor, we offer several eating places and areas, some indoors, others outdoors, depending on the season.
All the food served at Waddesdon is prepared in our kitchens. The menus change with the seasons to reflect the best ingredients available. Our dedicated chefs seek out the finest local suppliers and insist on only the freshest, best-quality produce.
Once the Old Servants’ Hall, during our main season the Manor Restaurant offers teas, coffees, breakfast and lunch menus as well as a quintessentially British afternoon tea menu.

Outdoor seating and blankets are available in the courtyard too.

Based at the former Stables shop with plenty of undercover seating. Indulge in waffles and crêpes freshly made in front of you, which topping will you choose? Also, artisan ice creams, cakes, pastries, macarons, fudges and sweets.
At Waddesdon you’ll find lots to remember your visit by and take home in our shops by the main house. Open Wed-Sun until 5 November.
Our wine shop is filled with a range of wines to suit all budgets, stocking Rothschild wines from both the Old and New Worlds. Our wine shop manager Peter Tompkins has taken time to choose 10 outstanding yet affordable wines for the shop from Burgundy, the Loire and Rhone to his selection of ‘Guest Wines’, designed to complement the wide range of Rothschild wines. You won’t find these wines in supermarkets or wine merchant chains!
For the first time ever, we are excited to have a shop at our Coach House Gallery celebrating our 2017 Creatures & Creations exhibition. So treat yourself to stylish homeware and accessories based on digital art by Platon H and fashion designs by Mary Katrantzou all inspired by Walter Rothschild’s collection of natural history, with some specimens on loan from the Natural History Museum. You can also shop this collection online.
