A wonderful opportunity to dine in the Manor Restaurant this Father’s Day weekend.

Start with a glass of English sparkling wine in the Wine Cellars followed by a carefully selected three course dinner in the Manor Resaurant. Featuring seafood from the British coastline, enjoy with a selection of English sparkling wines from the Gusbourne Estate. Each one specially chosen to suit each course.

Itinerary for the evening:

7.30pm – guests arrive
8pm – English sparkling wine served in the Wine Cellars or Gardens
8.30pm – dinner in the Manor Restaurant
11.30pm – guests depart


Tuna carpaccio, orange and fennel salad with citrus vinaigrette

Cured and baked pollack, Estate onon veloute, charred asparagus, braised bay leek
Jersey Royal potatoes and parsley oil

Peach melba tart, raspberry ripple ice cream

Visiting notes:

  • dress code: smart casual
  • parking will be provided in our staff car park onsite
  • we advise those driving to inform our bookings team so we can ensure that we direct you appropriately
  • please note that the car park for the cellars is a short walk away but allow yourself 15 minutes from arrival
  • earliest arrival for the event is 7pm
