Christmas Cookery School: Traditional

If you’re looking for some stylish festive ideas for entertaining that you can prepare in advance, then this is the class for you.
This cookery class includes a demonstration of a traditional Christmas menu, and you’ll also be treated to a two-course lunch with wine, plus an informal tasting of cheese and wine. There will be a goody bag and recipe folder to take home.
Two course lunch menu:
Turkey en croute with parma ham, sautéed mushrooms and onions served with wild mushroom sauce and seasonal vegetables
Chocolate and orange tart with Christmas pudding ice cream

Demonstration of traditional Christmas menu:
Chicken liver parfait with apple and rosemary jelly, toasted ciabatta and local leaves
Traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings
Apricot stuffing, roast potatoes, parsnip gratin, vanilla carrots, roast gravy and pigs in blankets
