Silent Noise Nero Rose 2018, McLaren Vale Australia
£15.95 £13.95
Silent Noise is the first solo project from Charlie O’Brien. Charlie started winemaking at the age of 4 on his parents vineyard in the McLaren Vale and made the decision to start making his own wines. This Nero d’Avola based blend is a refreshing take on Australian rose. Rich, vibrant and fruit forward without being stewed or sweet, impressive winemaking.
Tasting notes
Salmon pink with hints of orange hues in the glass. The nose opens up on mandarin, blood orange, ripe strawberry, lychee, and rhubarb. The palate lends itself a more creamy fruit profile with zippy acidity and an addition of some herbal notes on the palate also.
