This wine is part of Baron Philippe de Rothschild’s pays d’Oc varietal range that comprises of seven varietal wines. This Pinot Noir is the most easy going of all the reds in this particular range. The diverse micro-climates of the Languedoc accommodates for the seven varietals across several parcels of land around Limoux.

Sour cherry, strawberry and raspberry mingled with a delicate note of spice. The palate is light and fresh, although it has impressive balance and plenty of red fruit. This Pinot is uncomplicated, but excellent value and easy drinking without food.
