Mouton Cadet Blanc, A.C. Bordeaux
Baron Philippe de Rothschild first created Mouton Cadet in 1930 using fruit from Chateau Mouton Rothschild. Its safe to say the brand has developed somewhat since its introduction and is now unrivaled for the title of Bordeaux’s most iconic wine brand. Over ten wines come under the Mouton Cadet label from Sauternes to Rosé ice, each one is the result of painstaking work and the precise selection of terroirs and parcels.
Fresh, aromatic and invigorating. Sauvignon Blanc brings zip and freshness to the nose and palate with citrus peel and white flowers. Semillion adds some texture and creaminess to the blend which helps to so soften the freshness of the Sauvignon. A reliable and well made Bordeaux Blanc.
