Mouton Cadet 2015 offers ripe red fruits with gentle tannins and nicely judged acidity. Utilising fruit from across Bordeaux, Mouton Cadet has become a benchmark for quality in the affordable Bordeaux bracket. After a few minutes the glass this uncomplicated yet satisfactory claret provides crisp redcurrant fruits and a trace of pepper.
