£36.95 – £199.50
Les Parcellaires de Saulx is a tailor-made wine house located in Meursault, which was created in September 2017 on the foundations of a centuries-old establishment. It enjoys a privileged location with an outstanding view over the vineyards of Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. The establishment boasts extensive and historic cellars covering more than 1500 square metres, which ensure that wines are produced, aged and stored in perfect conditions. Les Parcellaires de Saulx represent around 30 appellations produced on the most prestigious terroirs of Burgundy, from Côte de Beaune to Côte de Nuits, from village appellations to Grands crus. Their ethos is simple and focuses purely on quality and regional identity.
Tasting notes
an attractive golden robe with green tints. Bouquet reveals pleasant aromas of fresh fruits, acacia flowers, linden-tree, highlighted by mineral and toasted notes. In the mouth there’s a clean attack with a rich texture, leading to candied fruits and toasted flavours. Complex and confident. The fruit from this A.C Bourgogne comes exclusively from Marsannay, and that is evident on the palate. The quality is a clear cut above the standard you usual expect in this regional classification.
