This wine is part of the Heritage range from Baron Philippe de Rothschild, which celebrates five famous appellations of Bordeaux. Each region carries the name of an influential member of the Rothschild family. The grapes used for Baron Henri are collected from several excellent parcels within the Médoc. Regardless of the vintage, Baron Henri is dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon with smaller additions of Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

Baron Henri 2015 offers cassis, toasty spice, blackberry and a touch of smoke. The palate is mature and well balanced with classically styled, well-structured tannins, medium bodied fruit and subtle earthy spice. A mature and sensibly priced claret that drinks well now, and doesn’t require a decade in the cellar. Decant and enjoy.
