House

Find paintings by Reynolds, Gainsborough, Canaletto and Guercino and more on a visit to the house. Pre-booking house entry tickets is advised. Please note, the Wine Cellars are closed for refurbishment until 4 Oct.

Tickets

If you have pre-booked tickets, bring them on your phone ready to be checked at the bus stop or ticket checkpoint, 5-10 minutes walk from the car park. If you don’t have a suitable phone we will look up your booking.

Bring your valid National Trust or RHS, AF or HH membership card with you.

Please note Waddesdon is not a participating property in the current National Trust free visit promotion.

Getting around

On foot 
The hard-surface walking path to and from the car park is lit and takes around 25 minutes to walk. There are some steep sections. Please wear appropriate footwear.

Buses
Shuttle buses run continuously throughout the day between the visitor car park and grounds. Your ticket is valid for all journeys you make. If you don’t yet have a ticket, you may buy one at the Welcome Pavilion. Buses are fully accessible with ramps and dedicated wheelchair spaces. Last bus to the visitor car park is at 5.30pm.
