Getting to the festival:
On approaching the venue follow event signage for Waddesdon Manor, please do not use your Sat Nav.
Pick up and Drop off:
If you are being dropped off or picked up by friends, family or a taxi please follow the signage to the dedicated pick up and drop off point. Please do not get dropped off in other locations as the route may be unlit and uneven ground and a risk of conflict with vehicles. The concert organisers wish to ensure audience members have a safe journey to and from the concert.
There is a 15-minute walk from the car park to the concert arena along uneven path. Please ensure you are wearing suitable footwear for undulating farmland. Please ensure you leave enough time to access the arena and to undergo security checks.
Gold Circle Entry Gate:
There is a dedicated Gold Circle lane at the public entrance.
General Admission Entry Gate:
There are two public entrances which audiences will be directed to by stewards from the car parks.
Accessible Entry Gate:
There is a dedicated lane at the public entrance for Accessible ticket holders.
The car park opening time is 5pm.
Please pre- book your parking ticketing prior to your arrival, tickets will be available online up to 24 hours before the event. This can be done at https://www.universe.com/users/senbla-H9QPZG .
Tickets will be available to buy on arrival to the car park at increased cost – £15 cash sale only.
The car parking system operates using ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) to ensure barrier-less entry and exit to the car park which helps smooth the flow of traffic. Pre-booking will ensure a seamless arrival as you drive through the cameras onsite.
The onsite box office opens at 5pm.

There is no readmission after entry.
Please make sure you have your tickets saved to your iPhone or Android wallet as reception in the area may be intermittent. This will save time when entering the arena and avoid any queues at the box office.
Small, foldable camping chairs and picnic rugs are permitted for Ball & Boe and Tears for Fears. Please make sure these are not bought in large bags.
Details below outline which parts of the arena they can be used in.
Ball & Boe – Chairs are permitted in both General Admission and Golden Circle.
Tears for Fears – Chairs are permitted in General Admission areas only.
- You are not allowed to bring umbrellas to the Live at Waddesdon concerts.
- As we cannot always rely on British weather, please make sure you have appropriate clothing fit for rain or shine.
- Food and drink bought from outside of the arena is not permitted however there will be a range of delicious food and drink traders inside the arena. Free drinking water is available so please do bring an empty reusable bottle or 1x sealed 500ml plastic water bottles.
- Bags larger than A3 will not be permitted.
- Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs are not permitted.
Customers are asked not to attend if they are feeling unwell, have tested positive for COVID-19 and to take extra precautions if they live with someone who is symptomatic or has tested positive for COVID-19.
